Classes at Lake Hiawatha and Nokomis Yoga are on hold until Covid-19 worries let up. If you wish to attend Jinjer’s classes on ZOOM go to her contact page and let her know. You can choose either 1:30 pm on Thursdays or 11 am on Saturdays. Jinjer will then send you your sign in information and an invoice for your first class.
I hope you are all taking good care of yourselves and of those who share the world with you!
These yoga classes are fun as well as mindful and beneficial. In all classes the last few minutes are devoted to meditation so our bodies can fully integrate the benefits of the class just past.
Wear clothes that are easy to move in and if you have a mat, bring it. If you don’t have a mat, bring a towel or blanket or rug. Additional nice helps to bring are a bath towel, and/or yoga block and woven fabric belt. We look forward to meeting you. You can call me at 612/722-9703 for more information.
